The invention discloses a combined environment-friendly sound barrier which comprises stand columns, elastic rubber strips, sound absorption plates and sound insulation plates. The two sides of the stand column are each provided with at least two installation notches, the installation notches in the two sides correspond to each other in position, a gap is reserved between the installation notchesin the front side and the rear side, and the elastic rubber strips are correspondingly installed on the front side wall and the rear side wall of each notch. According to the device, a particle soundabsorption plate and cavity sound absorption structure form is adopted, and the purpose of achieving a high noise reduction effect without fiber sound absorption materials is truly achieved; the standcolumns, the sound absorption plates, the sound insulation plates and the pressing plates are excellent in mechanical property and durability, the defect that steel is prone to corrosion is overcome,the service life can reach 100 years or longer, and maintenance can be avoided; the sound absorption plates and the sound insulation plates of the device are thin in thickness, light in weight, smallin occupied area, low in cost, particularly low in transportation cost, capable of achieving factory-like prefabrication forming, controllable in production quality and capable of guaranteeing the product quality.
