The invention relates to a multifunctional deceleration strip capable of automatically melting snow and removing ice. The multifunctional deceleration strip comprises a deceleration strip body, a high-definition monitoring system and a snow removing and recycling device. Multifunctional deceleration strips are arranged on a highway at certain intervals according to road conditions; particularly, when the multifunctional deceleration strip is arranged under the mountain feet which cannot receive enough light throughout the year, the high-definition monitoring system is used for monitoring passing vehicles in real time, the controller controls the deceleration strip to bounce the deceleration strip body when no vehicle passes, a snow melting spraying device located on the side wall of the deceleration strip body is started, and a snow melting agent is sprayed to the road surface, so that snow accumulated on the road surface is quickly melted, and thus the purpose of automatic snow removal is achieved. The deceleration strip mainly aims at a shady road section of a mountain and can quickly melt accumulated snow on surrounding pavements due to no illumination for a long time, so that the smoothness of the road is ensured.
