A push rod for transportation is adopted, and when a transportation sector gear rotating clockwise drives the push rod for transportation to move to the left limit position, a fourth spring enables the push rod for transportation to move rightwards and drives a deceleration strip block in a temporary storage cavity to move rightwards to the ground; a drill bit and a special screwdriver are adopted, tool switching of the drill bit and the special screwdriver is achieved according to whether the first inclined plane block and the second inclined plane block coincide or not and whether the third inclined plane block and the fourth inclined plane block coincide or not, correct use of tools during drilling and screw tightening is guaranteed, the deceleration strip laying efficiency and quality are improved, and potential safety hazards possibly existing due to manual operation are reduced.
