The invention relates to the technical field of building construction. Provided is a novel soil hoisting device for manual hole digging pile construction, which is characterized by comprising two fixed brackets; an electric guide rail is fixedly mounted at an upper end part between the two fixed brackets, the electric guide rail is sleeved with a moving base, a machine body shell is fixedly mounted at bottom of the moving base, a shaft lever is located in a hollow cavity of the machine body shell, two wire spools are fixedly mounted on the shaft lever, and wire ropes penetrating through the machine body shell are coiled on the wire spools; bottoms of two wire ropes both are fixedly connected with a hanging rack, left and right sides of the hanging rack both are provided with a guiding movable tube, a corresponding fixed rope is sleeved with the guiding movable tube, and the bottom of the hanging rack is connected with a collection barrel through clamping; and the bottom of a feed tubeis communicated with a discharging corrugated pipe penetrating through and stretching to the left side of the collection barrel. With the hoisting device and the construction method thereof, rate of progress and safety of construction are improved, soil dug out can be conveniently pour out, and work intensity of workers is reduced.
