Method for dismantling underwater temporary bearing platform by adopting blasting method
The invention relates to a method for dismantling an underwater temporary bearing platform by adopting a blasting method. The method comprises the following steps that a row of blasting pipes are pre-buried below an upper layer reinforcing steel bars and above a lower layer reinforcing steel bars of the bearing platform and in the middle of the bearing platform correspondingly; the upper and lowerrows of blasting pipes adopt energy gathering structures facing the upper and lower reinforcing steel bar layers respectively, and the two ends of each blasting pipe are sealed by rubber plugs; whenthe temporary bearing platform needs to be dismantled, the rubber plugs are taken down, each blasting pipe is filled with a certain amount of explosives, the explosives in the upper layer blasting pipes and the lower layer blasting pipes are detonated firstly, and upper layer steel bars and lower layer steel bars are separated from concrete; then the middle layer explosive is detonated, and the bearing platform concrete is split into small blocks; and finally, small concrete blocks in the riverway are removed through a long-arm excavator, and the small concrete blocks are conveyed to a waste slag field. The construction speed is high, and the construction safety can be ensured.
本发明涉及一种采用爆破法进行水中临时承台拆除的方法,在承台的上层钢筋下方、下层钢筋上方及承台的中间分别预埋一排爆破管;上下两排爆破管采用分别朝上下向钢筋层的聚能结构,每根爆破管的两端用橡胶塞密封;需要拆除临时承台时,取下橡胶塞,在每个爆破管内填充一定量的炸药,先引爆上下两层爆破管内的炸药,将上下层钢筋与混凝土分离;再引爆中间层炸药,将承台混凝土分裂成小块;最后使用长臂挖掘机将河道内的小块混凝土清除,运至弃渣场。施工速度快,且能保证施工安全性。
