The invention discloses a bridge-tunnel transition structure between a submerged floating tunnel (SFT) and a deep-water suspension bridge, which is arranged on an artificial bridge-tunnel transition island. The artificial bridge-tunnel transition island comprises an internal part and an external part, wherein the bridge-tunnel transition structure, a side span transition pier, a suspension bridgeanchoring structure and an SFT shore connection structure are arranged on the internal part; the bridge-tunnel transition structure comprises an approach bridge, island ramp bridges, island surface roads and island slope tunnels; the approach bridge is linearly arranged and extends from the side span transition pier to the end of the span beyond the suspension bridge anchoring structure; the island ramp bridges adopt separated lines, achieve transition from the approach bridge to the island surface roads in a spirally downward manner, and achieve transition from the island surface roads to theapproach bridge in a spirally upward manner; longitudinal slopes are arranged on the island surface roads; the island slope tunnels are linearly arranged, and an open section, a grating section and aburied section are sequentially arranged on each island slope tunnel; and a cross section structure of the internal part comprises a lower island foundation and an upper upright island body. The artificial bridge-tunnel transition island structure disclosed by the invention has the advantage that smooth transition between a bridge surface and a tunnel pavement is achieved with a small length.
