The invention discloses a crush-resistant insulation board. The crush-resistant insulation board comprises a first insulation board body and a second insulation board body, wherein a placement grooveis formed in one side wall of the first insulation board body, the second insulation board body is arranged in the placement groove, two symmetrically-arranged mounting grooves are formed in the innerwalls of the upper and lower sides of the placement groove, the two inner walls of each mounting wall are fixedly connected with a cross rod, each cross rod is sleeved with and is in sliding connection with a sliding sleeve, the side walls of the sliding sleeves are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the mounting grooves through first springs, the cross rods are sleeved with the first springs, and the side walls of the ends, away from the mounting grooves, of the sliding sleeves are fixedly connected with the side walls of the second insulation board body. In the crush-resistant insulation board, through the design of the double layer insulation board bodies, the arrangement of telescopic rod devices between the two insulation board bodies and the elastic supporting effect of the springs, the impact force suffered by the second insulation board body can be effectively buffered and counteracted, and thus the crush resistance of the insulation board is improved.
