The invention discloses a 3d printing customized block brick and a method for constructing a complex wall by the 3d printing customized block brick. The wall with complex surface morphology or specialdesign requirements is subdivided into X non-standard customized blocks by software, after customized production by 3d printing equipment, the X 3d printing customized block bricks are stacked and fixed layer by layer, so as to reproduce the wall form required by design.
