The invention provides a soundproof structure for assembly type paving ceramic tile floor, which is simple in structure, is low in cost, is convenient in mounting and is convenient in maintaining. Thesoundproof structure for the ceramic tile floor comprises a soundproof material plate body, wherein a plurality of hollow-out glue filling grids for filling glue are arranged on the soundproof material plate body. The soundproof material plate body and flexible ceramic tile glue define a damping soundproof layer; the patching flexible ceramic tile glue in the glue filling grids defines a flexiblesupporting layer between the floor and the bottoms of the ceramic tiles, so that seamless support between the ceramic tiles and the floor also can be guaranteed while good damping soundproof effect is obtained, and therefore, a hollowing phenomenon caused by mortar paving is avoided, and ceramic tile paving quality is improved. Moreover, flexibility of the ceramic tile glue further can be convenient for dismounting the ceramic tiles and re-paving new ceramic tiles.
本发明提供一种结构简单、低成本、安装方便、维修方便的装配式铺贴的瓷砖地面隔声结构。该瓷砖地面隔声结构包括隔音材料板本体,所述隔音材料板本体上设有用于填胶的镂空设置的若干填胶格。本发明通过隔音材料板本体和柔性瓷砖胶构成减震隔声层,且由填胶格中的粘贴柔性瓷砖胶构成连接在地面与瓷砖底部之间的柔性支撑层,在获得良好的减震隔音效果的同时也可保证瓷砖与地面之间的无缝隙支撑,避免采用砂浆铺贴的空鼓现象,提高瓷砖铺设质量;而且,由于瓷砖胶的柔性,还可以方便瓷砖的拆除和重新铺贴新的瓷砖。
