The water pipe extends into a formwork. A plurality of holes are formed in the lower surface of the formwork, and the holes can be wax-sealed. Before use, the holes are wax-sealed; then a concrete is poured, and after the pouring is completed, theheating plate (22) is heated, and wax is first melted to expose the holes; and at the same time, water is sprayed out through the water pipe (21) and seeps out through holes to maintain the concrete.
