The invention discloses an automatic climbing and wiping device for building curtain wall glass, which comprises a main machine body, wherein the main machine body is internally provided with six transmission cavities which are arranged in an array mode and provided with openings facing the outside, a power cavity is formed in the main machine body, a motor is fixedly mounted on the bottom wall ofthe power cavity, the side, which is close to the power cavity, of the transmission cavity is communicated with a sliding cavity, the sliding cavity is communicated with the power cavity, the transmission cavity is internally provided with a climbing mechanism which can control the main machine body to be adsorbed on the glass curtain wall surface and climb upwards, and the climbing mechanism comprises a transmission shaft and a driven shaft which are rotationally arranged on the rear wall of the transmission cavity. According to the invention, the main machine body can climb and move upwardson the glass curtain wall by adopting a spider-like staggered climbing mode and a method for controlling suckers to adsorb or separate from the glass curtain wall when a movable plate rotates.
