Cementing material for mortar and application thereof
The invention provides a cementing material for mortar and application of the cementing material, belonging to the field of solid waste resource utilization and building materials. A preparation method of the cementing material for mortar comprises the following steps that: steel slag particles are subjected to doping pretreatment, wherein the fineness of the particles is 0.35 mm, and the amount of screen residues is less than 3%; the pretreated steel slag particles are subjected to mechanical pulses so as to prepare steel slag powder, wherein the particle size distribution of the powder is that the proportion of the powder with a particle size smaller than or equal to 15 microns is 5-35%, the proportion of the powder with a particle size smaller than or equal to 45 microns is 40-75%, andthe proportion of the powder with a particle size smaller than or equal to 60 microns is 92-97%; and the steel slag powder, blast furnace slag micro-powder and gypsum are subjected to mixed grinding so as to obtain the cementing material. The cementing material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is fast in early hydration reaction, high in strength, low in self-shrinkagerate and strong in volume stability, and shows excellent anti-cracking performance and freeze-thaw resistance; the cementing material has the advantages of high mixing amount, small slump, good pumping performance and good purification capability; and the cementing material is used for replacing Portland cement in mortar so as to reduce cement consumption and production cost.
本发明提供一种砂浆用胶凝材料及其用途,属于固废资源化利用和建筑材料领域,上述砂浆用胶凝材料的制备方法,包括:将钢渣颗粒进行掺杂预处理,上述颗粒细度为0.35mm筛余小于3%;使预处理后的钢渣颗粒接受机械脉冲,制得钢渣粉体,上述粉体的粒径分布如下:≤15μm占比为5‑35%,≤45μm占比为40‑75%,≤60μm占比为92‑97%;以及,将上述钢渣粉体和高炉矿渣微粉、石膏混磨,即得胶凝材料。本发明制备的胶凝材料早期水化反应快,强度高,自收缩率低,体积稳定性强,表现出极好的防裂性能和抗冻融性能;能兼具高掺量、坍落度小、良好泵送性能和净化能力;用于砂浆中替代硅酸盐水泥以降低水泥使用量和生产成本。
