According to a technical scheme provided by the invention, the improved raw material proportioning mode comprises the following steps: raw material proportioning of limestone: weighing limestone in a limestone proportioning bin through a feeding machine; raw material proportioning of high-grade sandstone: weighing high-grade sandstone in a high-grade sandstone proportioning warehouse through the feeding machine; raw material proportioning of low-grade sandstone: weighing low-grade sandstone in a low-grade sandstone proportioning warehouse through the feeding machine; raw material proportioning of iron ore soil: taking iron ore soil stored in an original clay bin through a metering hopper; and taking of an iron correction raw material: opening an iron correction raw material feeding bin to enable the iron correction raw material to fall into a batching scale for weighing. According to the invention, raw material ingredients of clinker and low-alkali clinker can be switched at any time, and waste is little.
