The invention discloses a concrete self-cleaning waterproof anti-fouling material which comprises the following components (in percentage by mass): 25-35% of kaolin, 15-20% of organic silicon resin, 6-10% of polyvinyl alcohol, 4.5-5.5% of tetrabutyl titanate and 5.2-5.8% of chloroplatinic acid. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the concrete self-cleaning waterproof anti-pollution material. The preparation process comprises the steps of grinding and screening, magnetic stirring, heating and stirring and cooling.
