Wear-resistant impact-resistant epoxy mortar repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wear-resistant impact-resistant epoxy mortar repairing material and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, modified epoxy resin is used as a bonding base material, a rubber elastomer is used as a toughening system, and wear-resistant aggregate is used as a filling material to prepare the wear-resistant impact-resistant epoxy mortar repairing material. Raw materials used in the invention comprise modified epoxy resin, a curing agent, wear-resistant aggregate and the like, wherein the curing agent is a polyether amine curing agent, the curing reactionspeed of the curing agent is low, the reaction exothermic peak and the initial volume curing shrinkage rate of a curing system can be effectively reduced, and early microcracks of the epoxy mortar are avoided; due to addition of the toughening agent, the fracture toughness of the material can be improved, and the abrasion resistance of the material is improved; and the wear-resistant aggregate isquartz sand with high elasticity modulus, high hardness and wear resistance, so the wear resistance of the repairing material can be effectively improved. The components of the repairing material areoptimized, so the repairing material has excellent hydrophobicity and can be applied to various working conditions.
本发明公开了一种耐磨抗冲击环氧砂浆修补材料及其制备方法,本发明以改性环氧树脂为粘结基料,以橡胶弹性体为增韧体系,以耐磨骨料为填充料,制备得到一种耐磨抗冲击环氧砂浆修补材料,其中包括改性环氧树脂、固化剂、耐磨骨料等原料,其中固化剂选用了聚醚胺类固化剂,该固化剂的固化反应速度较慢,能有效降低固化体系的反应放热峰和初始体积固化收缩率,避免环氧砂浆早期微裂纹的出现;增韧剂的添加可使材料的断裂韧性增大,提高了材料的抗冲磨性能;耐磨骨料选择弹性模量高、硬度大、耐磨的石英砂,能够有效提高修补材料的耐磨性能。本发明对组分进行优化,使得修补材料具有优异的疏水性能,可应用于多种工况下。
