Basalt fiber and metakaolin blended concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to basalt fiber and metakaolin blended concrete and a preparation method thereof. The basalt fiber and metakaolin blended concrete comprises basalt fibers, metakaolin, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the steps: pouring basalt with the monofilament diameter of 15 [mu]m and metakaolin into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution A; pouring cement into the solution A, and uniformly stirring by using a cement stirrer to obtain a solution B; and pouring the gravels and sand into the solution B, adding the water reducing agent, and fully stirring by using the cement stirrer to obtain a final product. The obtained concrete has the characteristics of tensile strength, compression resistance and seepage prevention, and can be widely applied to underground spaces such as tunnels, underground stations and underground shopping malls.
本发明涉及一种混掺玄武岩纤维和偏高岭土的混凝土及其制备方法,本发明包括玄武岩纤维、偏高岭土、水泥、水、沙子、碎石和减水剂。制备方法为:将单丝直径为15μm的玄武岩和偏高岭土倒入水中,搅拌均匀,获得溶液A;将水泥倒入溶液A中,用水泥搅拌机搅拌均匀,获得溶液B;将碎石和沙子倒入溶液B中,加入减水剂,用水泥搅拌机充分搅拌,得到最终产物。本发明获得的混凝土具有抗拉、抗压、防渗的特性,可以在隧道、地下车站、地下商场等地下空间广泛应用。
