Cuttable material for reinforcing tunnel portal
The invention relates to a cuttable material for reinforcing a tunnel portal, and in particular, relates to a reinforcing material for construction when a shield tunneling machine starts and arrives at an end portal; provided are a preparation method of the material and a construction method of the material. The reinforcing material comprises a component material A and a component material B whichare reinforced by modified silicate, and glass fibers; and an I-shaped material which is prefabricated by mixing the component material A and the component material B reinforced by the modified silicate with the glass fibers is used for achieving a reinforcing effect when a shield tunneling machine enters a hole. The cuttable material has the advantages that: 1, the material has high strength andcan meet the hole reinforcing requirement; 2, the material can be cut by the shield tunneling machine, the construction steps of the shield tunneling machine entering the hole are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; and 3, the cuttable material is convenient to manufacture and transport.
本发明涉及一种用于加固隧道洞口的可切割材料,具体涉及一种在盾构机始发、到达端头洞口进行施工的加固材料,所述材料的制备方法以及该材料的施工方法。所述加固材料包括改性硅酸盐加固的A、B两种组份材料以及玻璃纤维组成,通过改性硅酸盐加固A、B材料与玻璃纤维混合预制成的工字型材料,用于盾构机进洞时起到加固作用。本发明有以下优点:1.材料强度较高,能够满足洞口加固需要;2.材料能够被盾构机切割,减少盾构机进洞施工步骤,提高施工效率;3.可切割性材料制作及运输便捷。
