Fused magnesite preparation method
The invention relates to the technical field of fused magnesite production, in particular to a fused magnesite preparation method, which is characterized by comprising two steps of MgO preparation andelectric arc furnace smelting under a reducing atmosphere, and specifically comprises the following steps: 1) MgO preparation: uniformly spraying ammonium carbonate aerosol in the calcining process;2) electric arc furnace smelting: continuously electrifying and smelting in a full-automatic electric smelting electric arc furnace under a reducing atmosphere, wherein the reducing atmosphere is formed by mixing H2 and nitrogen. The ammonium carbonate aerosol is prepared by mixing ammonium carbonate, baking soda, magnesium stearate, talcum powder and magnesium oxide in percentage by weight and then grinding together, and compressed air is used as injection power. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) the ammonium carbonate aerosol can lower the melting point, lower the calcination temperature and save the energy consumption; and (2) uniform mixing reaction with magnesite is facilitated, so that carbon dioxide escapes fully, and the purity of the product is higher.
本发明涉及电熔镁砂生产技术领域,具体是一种电熔镁砂的制备方法,其特征在于:由MgO的制备和还原气氛下电弧炉熔炼两个步骤组成,具体步骤如下:1)MgO的制备:在煅烧过程中均匀喷入碳酸氨气溶胶;2)电弧炉熔炼:于还原气氛下的全自动电熔电弧炉中持续通电熔炼;还原气氛由H和氮气混合而成。所述碳酸氨气溶胶中各组分按重量百分比计为:碳酸铵、小苏打、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、氧化镁混合后共同研磨制成,用压缩空气作喷射动力。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:(1)碳酸铵气溶胶,能够降低熔点,降低煅烧温度,节约能耗。(2)有利于与菱镁矿均匀混合反应,使二氧化碳的充分逸出,从而使得产品的纯度更高。
