Method and system for preparing porous bricks from raw sludge
The invention belongs to the field of solid waste resource utilization, and relates to a method and a system for preparing a sintered porous brick. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out pyrohydrolysis on raw sludge or a mixture of sludge and kitchen biogas residues to obtain a solid-liquid mixture; carrying out solid-liquid separation on the solid-liquid mixture to obtain a solidphase and a liquid phase; uniformly mixing the solid phase with a forming agent, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a formed green body with the water content of 20-30%; carrying out anaerobic microwave pyrolysis on the formed green body to obtain a preheated green body; and carrying out oxygen-enriched high-temperature sintering on the preheated green body, and cooling the sintered brick to obtain the porous brick. According to the invention, efficient solidification of heavy metals in sludge and sufficient combustion of organic matters can be realized; the defect that toxic gas such as dioxin is generated by directly sintering the sludge is effectively overcome, meanwhile, the sintered porous brick with excellent performance and wide application is obtained, organic matter inthe sludge is fully utilized in the whole process to generate energy, and reduction, harmlessness and final resource utilization of the whole process of the raw sludge are achieved.
