The chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber composition comprises, by weight, 50-70 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, 7-10 parts of butadiene rubber, 12-20 parts of high styrene, 2-5 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 15-25 parts of white carbon black, 25-40 parts of kaolin, 8-12 parts of a plasticizer, 1-2 parts of paraffin and 1.5-3 parts of accelerant. The chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber composition prepared in the invention has excellent acid and alkaliresistance, also has other properties, and can completely meet the requirements as a material for blind sidewalks.
