Steel truss type track structure of seamless magnetic levitation track panel, and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel truss type track structure of a seamless magnetic levitation track panel. The structure is mainly composed of a steel truss type track panel, a fastener system, a trackbearing table and the like from top to bottom, wherein the steel truss type track panel comprises an induction plate, F-shaped steel, a steel truss sleeper plate, a steel truss side web plate, a steel truss middle web plate and a steel rail, the steel rail is longitudinally welded into a full-length steel rail, and the fastener system locks the full-length steel rail in a longitudinal unlimited buckling mode; and F-shaped guide rails of the adjacent sections in the single steel truss type track panel are closely assembled according to a zero track gap. According to the main design thought ofthe steel truss type track structure, medium-low-speed magnetic levitation track panels are designed in a seamless mode and laid in a seamless track mode; the zero track gap is formed between the track panels, so that a continuous and flat F track suspension detection surface is provided for a suspension gap sensor to the greatest extent, and a suspension control system is ensured not to work across the track gap.
本发明公开了一种无缝化磁浮轨排的钢桁架式轨道结构,自上而下主要由钢桁架式轨排、扣件系统、承轨台等部分组成,其中钢桁架式轨排包括感应板、F型钢、钢桁架轨枕板、钢桁架侧腹板、钢桁架中腹板及钢轨,钢轨纵向焊接为通长钢轨,扣件系统以纵向不限位扣压方式锁定通长钢轨;单榀钢桁架式轨排中相邻段的F型导轨按“零”轨缝密贴组装。钢桁架式轨道结构的主要设计思路是考虑将中低速磁浮轨排按无缝化进行设计,按无缝线路形式进行铺设;轨排之间取值“零”轨缝,以最大程度为悬浮间隙传感器提供一个连续、平整的F轨悬浮检测面,确保悬浮控制系统不用跨越轨缝工作。
