The ground decontamination device comprises a mounting base, a first mounting shaft, a first fixed disc, a first rotating disc and a first nozzle; the first mounting shaft is connected with the mounting base; the first mounting shaft is sleeved with the first fixed disc; a first water distribution groove and a first water inlet are formed in the first fixed disc; the first rotating disc is arranged on the first mounting shaft in a sleeving mode and can rotate, a first water outlet channel is formed in the first rotating disc, the first water outlet channel is communicated with the first water distribution groove, the first nozzle communicates with the first water outlet channel, and liquid sprayed out of the first nozzle can provide counter-acting force enabling the first rotating disc to rotate. The high-pressure rotating spray head is adopted for conducting rapid and efficient decontamination on the ground, the stronger decontamination capacity is achieved, the spraying angle is continuously changed, the flexibility is high, and therefore large-area decontamination can be conducted on important areas such asurban roads or nuclear power stations, and the ground decontamination device can also be used for cleaning and decontamination of nucleation accident sites.
