The invention provides a flap rising and lying integrated gate. The flap rising and lying integrated gate comprises a gate body and a gate pier, wherein a hydraulic hoist is arranged on the gate pier,a connecting rod is arranged at the end of a piston rod of the hydraulic hoist and hinged to a traction rod, the other end of the traction rod is hinged to the upstream side of the gate body, a bottom shaft is arranged at the bottom of the gate body, a fixed wheel is arranged at the end of the bottom shaft, telescopic wheel mechanisms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upperend of the gate, telescopic wheels are arranged at the ends of the telescopic wheel mechanisms, guide rails matched with the fixed wheel and a telescopic wheel are arranged on the inner side of the gate pier, and a hydraulic device for fixing the bottom shaft is arranged on the inner side of the gate pier. The gate can be turned over, rise and lay, when the gate semi-rises and semi-lays, a bottomhole overflows, garbage is intercepted, and floating garbage is prevented from being discharged into a downstream river channel; and when the gate fully rises, floods quickly flow, or the gate is overhauled. By means of the innovative structure and operation mode, the defects that the flap gate and the hydraulic hoist are not easy to overhaul, and the height of a working bridge bent frame of the rising and lying gate is large are overcome.
本发明提供一种翻板升卧一体式闸门,包括闸门和闸墩,所述闸墩上设有液压启闭机,液压启闭机的活塞杆端部设有连接杆,连接杆与牵连杆铰接,牵连杆另一端与闸门的迎水侧铰接,闸门底部设有底轴,底轴端部设有固定轮,闸门上端左右两侧设有可伸缩的伸缩轮机构,伸缩轮机构端部设有伸缩轮,闸墩内侧设有与固定轮和伸缩轮配合的导轨,闸墩内侧设有对底轴进行固定的液压装置。实现闸门翻板和升卧均可实现,闸门半升卧,底孔过流,进行垃圾拦截避免漂浮垃圾排入下游河道;闸门全升卧,快速过洪,或者检修闸门。通过创新结构与运行方式,避免了翻板闸门和液压启闭机不易检修、升卧闸门工作桥排架高度大的缺点。
