The hydraulic pile driver structurally comprises wheels, a power box, a rack, a lifting rod, a lifting column and a pile driver body, wherein the wheels are in shaft connection with the lower end of the rack; and the upper side of the power box is in bolt connection with the lower end of the rack. In the hydraulic pile driver, a prying plate drivesa fixator to lean against the two sides of a pile, then the pile is fixed between a gripper and an abutting layer, then a hammer head is started to hammer the pile, the pile descends along with descending of the hammer head in the hammering process, the gripper descends along with the pile, then the lifting column descends along with the pile and resets through springback of an air cavity, the situation that the ground making contact with the lower end of the pile is mostly inclined is prevented, and the difficulty degree of the perpendicularity finding process is reduced; and meanwhile, an elastic pad and an anti-skid head can spring back within a certain interval to wrap the pile, the situation that the pile is prone to inclining and collapsing in the perpendicularity finding process isprevented, the situation that a pile body is damaged and cracks are generated is avoided, and the service life of the pile is ensured.
本发明公开了一种液压打桩机，其结构包括轮子、动力箱、机架、抬升杆、升降柱、打桩器，轮子与机架下端轴连接，动力箱上侧与机架下端螺栓连接，本发明中，撬动板带动固定器靠在桩柱两侧，随后将桩柱固定在抓头与抵层中间，再启动锤头对桩柱进行锤击，在锤击过程中桩柱随着锤头的下降进行下降，抓头跟随桩柱下降，随后升降柱跟随下降通过气腔回弹进行复位，防止由于桩柱下端接触的地面多是倾斜的，减少了找垂直过程的困难程度，同时弹力垫和防滑头能在一定区间之间进行回弹，对桩柱进行包裹，防止出现桩柱在找垂直的过程中容易倾斜倒塌，避免桩柱柱体受损产生裂痕，确保桩柱的使用寿命。
