The invention discloses a wind and light combined river dredging vehicle boat and a control method thereof in the technical field of river dredging and aims to solve the technical problem that in theprior art, sand depositing on a riverbed is hard to flush, and consequently an aboveground river is increasingly serious. The vehicle boat comprises a vehicle boat platform, a direction drive motor, aboat motor and a vehicle motor. The upper part of the vehicle boat platform is provided with a draught fan, and the bottom of the vehicle boat platform is provided with a sand stirring idler wheel, adirection wheel rudder, a propeller and an advancing wheel. The power output end of the draught fan is in transmission connection with the sand stirring idler wheel. The power output end of the direction drive motor is in transmission connection with the direction wheel rudder. The power output end of the boat motor is in transmission connection of the propeller. The power output end of the vehicle motor is in transmission connection with the advancing wheel.
