The invention relates to the technical field of excavators, in particular to a calibration method, a calibration device and a calibration system for an excavator sensor. The calibration method of theexcavator sensor comprises the steps that an excavator is parked on the horizontal ground, and a horizontal line parallel to the horizontal ground is made from the hinge point of a movable arm of theexcavator and a platform; and the hinge point of the movable arm and a bucket rod of the excavator are controlled to be on the horizontal line according to the horizontal line. According to the scheme, the movable arm angle sensor is calibrated independently, operation is easy and convenient, errors are small, influences of oil cylinder errors, size machining errors of multiple structural components, assembly errors and the like are avoided, the calibration precision of the sensor is improved, and control over the sensor is more accurate.
