The novel pressure-superposed water supply device comprises a hydrodynamic pressure regulation and control pipe network safety device and a water supply pump set, wherein the hydrodynamic pressure regulation and control pipe network safety device is connected with the water inlet end of the water supply pump set; the hydrodynamic pressure regulation and control pipe network safety device comprises a gate valve and a hydraulic driving device; the gate valve at least comprises a valve body and a gate plate; a water inlet of the gate valve is used for being connected with a water inlet pipeline; the hydraulic driving device comprises a hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a piston and a piston rod; the piston rod is connected with the gate plate; the lower part of an inner cavity of the cylinder body is connected with the water inlet pipeline through a gate plate opening power pipeline;and the upper part of the inner cavity of the cylinder body is connected with a gate plate closing driving device which is used for driving the gate plate to close the gate valve.
