The invention relates to a rainwater and sewage confluence and rainwater and sewage mixed flow pipeline flow distribution pipe network system. The system comprises a rainwater adjusting and processingdevice, wherein an inlet of a rainwater and sewage confluence and rainwater and sewage mixed flow pipeline is connected with an external water supply device; an outlet of the rainwater and sewage confluence and rainwater and sewage mixed flow pipeline is connected with an inlet of the rainwater adjusting and processing device; a switch part is installed at the communication position of the rainwater adjusting and processing device and the rainwater and sewage confluence and rainwater and sewage mixed flow pipeline; the switch part and the external water supply device are electrically connected with the same microcontroller; and the microcontroller is electrically connected with a background. The problems that the sediment cleaning difficulty of the confluence pipeline is large, the changeof the amount of water flowing into the rainwater adjusting and processing device is large, and the sewage treatment complexity is increased are solved. The system has the advantage that sediment inthe pipeline is convenient to clean, meanwhile, the change of the amount of water flowing into the rainwater adjusting and processing device is small, and the sewage treatment complexity of the confluence pipeline is reduced.
