The invention discloses a construction method of a steel truss structure applied to a stadium. The construction method comprises the steps of supporting system arrangement, steel structure welding, steel awning building, main truss assembling and hoisting, stadium steel structure hoisting and the like. According to supporting system arrangement, round pipes are selected for supporting column beamsarranged on a stand concrete structure, and vertical force is transmitted; multi-layer four-direction guy cables are pulled, and the stability in the temporary support erecting process is guaranteed;connecting rods are additionally arranged on a vertical support in the annular direction; part of the mounting steps are calculated, the mounting process is simulated and calculated, and weak links and joints in the mounting process are found; and during steel structure welding, a roof awning steel structure is mainly formed by welding pipe trusses and ball joints. According to the construction method, aiming at the difficulties of steel structure awning mounting and steel structure assembling and hoisting, an innovative technical scheme is adopted for achieving fast and safe construction ofthe whole project.
本发明公开了一种应用于体育场的钢桁架结构施工方法，包括支撑体系布置、钢结构焊接、钢罩棚构建、主桁架拼装和吊装、体育馆钢结构吊装等步骤；其中，支撑体系布置是支撑选用圆管，支撑设置在看台混凝土结构的柱梁位置，将垂直力传递下去；拉设多层次四方向缆风，保证临时支撑架设过程中的稳定性；竖向支撑环向增加连接杆件；对分部安装步骤进行计算，通过模拟计算安装过程，找出安装过程中薄弱的环节和节；钢结构焊接时屋面罩棚钢结构主要为管桁架和球节点相贯焊接。本发明针对钢结构罩棚安装以及钢结构拼装吊装的难点，采用创新的技术方案实现整体工程的快速安全施工。
