The occlusal superimposed plate cast-in-place beam component comprises a beam casting groove, the beam casting groove comprises a cast-in-place beam bottom mold, two additional side templates and two cast-in-place beam side molds, the two cast-in-place beam side molds are arranged at intervals above the cast-in-place beam bottom mold, the two additional side templates are respectively and fixedly connected at an external side of the two cast-in-place beam side molds; the occlusal superimposed plate cast-in-place beam component further comprises an interruptible element and a supportbeam used for being arranged above a staggered notch of prefabricated superimposed plates at outside, the interruptible element comprises a detachable screw, a connection screw, a reinforcing nut anda long stem nut, a lower end part of the detachable screw is connected with one end of the long stem nut, an upper end part of the connection screw is connected with the other end of the long stem nut, and the connection screw is connected with the additional side templates. The occlusal superimposed plate cast-in-place beam component, casting mold and construction method thereof, provided by theinvention, can avoid a phenomenon of grout leakage happened at a joint part while casting.
本发明涉及建筑浇筑模具技术领域，尤其涉及咬合式叠合板现浇横梁构件、浇筑模及其施工方法，其包括横梁浇筑槽，横梁浇筑槽包括现浇梁底模、两个附加边模板和两个现浇梁侧模，两个现浇梁侧模间隔设置于现浇梁底模的上方，两个附加边模板分别固定连接于两个现浇梁侧模的外侧；还包括可断连接组件和用于架设于外部的预制叠合板的交错槽口上方的支撑横梁，可断连接组件包括可拆螺杆、连接螺杆、加固螺母和长杆螺母，可拆螺杆的下端部与长杆螺母的一端连接，连接螺杆的上端部与长杆螺母的另一端连接，连接螺杆与附加边模板连接。本发明的咬合式叠合板现浇横梁构件、浇筑模及其施工方法，可避免在浇筑时出现接缝处漏浆的现象。
