The invention discloses a self-heat-preservation double-formwork composite wall structure and a composite wall comprising the same. The self-heat-preservation double-formwork composite wall structurecomprises an inner formwork, an outer formwork and a plurality of connecting ribs, wherein the outer formwork comprises a first surface protection layer, a first A-level fireproof heat preservation material layer and a first reinforcing net rack; the first surface protection layer is connected to the side, back on to the inner formwork, in the first A-level fireproof heat preservation material layer; the first reinforcing net rack is arranged in the first A-level fireproof heat preservation material layer; the plurality of connecting ribs are all positioned between the first A-level fireproofheat preservation material layer and the inner formwork; and the two ends of each connecting rib are connected to the inner formwork and the first reinforcing net rack correspondingly. The structuralstrength requirement and heat preservation performance of the self-heat-preservation double-formwork composite wall structure can be met; and meanwhile, the overall thickness is remarkably reduced, awall supporting system is omitted in the construction process, the prefabrication process and the construction process are further optimized, and effective application and popularization of the composite wall technology are better facilitated.
