The invention discloses a graphite composite board. The graphite composite board comprises a heat preservation bottom board, a graphite board and a gel surface layer, wherein the gel surface layer isformed by pouring a gel material; a heat exchange pipe is embedded between the graphite board and the gel surface layer; and a plurality of through holes are formed in the graphite board; the gel surface layer is used for compounding the heat preservation bottom board, the graphite board, the heat exchange pipe and the gel surface layer into a whole through the through holes. According to the graphite composite board, the through holes are pre-formed in the graphite board and the gel material is injected into the through holes when the gel surface layer is poured; the graphite board and the heat exchange pipe are completely covered and the heat preservation bottom board is stuck, so that the heat preservation bottom board, the graphite board, the heat exchange pipe and the gel surface layer are completely compounded together and the disadvantage that the graphite board is soft and fragile in a sticking process of a previous graphite composite board is avoided; the heat exchange pipe isused for transferring heat and a plane of the graphite board is used for conducting heat and uniformly heating; the gel surface layer is used for storing heat and uniformly radiating and radiating; air heat resistance is reduced or eliminated in a contact process of all heat conduction layers; and the whole graphite composite board has a good heat conduction effect and uniform and stable heat radiation, and brings comfortable body feeling.
