The invention relates to a jacking type formwork-free system for a bundling system steel structure building floorslab, and a construction method. The construction method concretely comprises the following steps of (1) respectively fixedly arranging multiple formwork-free supports on lower flanges of two H-shaped steel beams arranged at an interval in parallel, wherein the formwork-free supports onthe two H-shaped steel beams are arranged in pairs along an interval arrangement direction of the two H-shaped steel beams, and comprise fixing seats for fixing the formwork-free supports on the lower flanges of the corresponding H-shaped steel beams and support seats located above the fixing seats; (2) placing cross beams on the support seats of the formwork-free supports arranged in pairs; (3)respectively placing end part positioning longitudinal beams in spaces between two end parts of the cross beams and upper flanges of the corresponding H-shaped steel beams, and lifting the cross beamsuntil two positioning longitudinal beams are jacked and pressed on the inner sides of the upper flanges of the corresponding H-shaped steel beams, so that the all cross beams are matched to form a cross beam horizontal support layer; (4) paving support longitudinal beams on the cross beam horizontal support layer so as to form a longitudinal beam horizontal support layer; and (5) paving steel bartruss floor support plates on the longitudinal beam horizontal support layer.
本发明涉及集束体系钢结构建筑楼板用顶托式免支模系统及施工方法,具体包括以下步骤:1)在并行间隔布置的两H型钢梁的下翼缘上分别固定安装有多个免支模架,两H型钢梁上的免支模架沿两H型钢梁的间隔布置方向成对布置,免支模架包括将免支模架固定在对应H型钢梁下翼缘上的固定座和位于固定座上方的支撑座;2)在各成对布置的免支模架的支撑座上放置横梁;3)在横梁两端部与相应H型钢梁的上翼缘之间的空间内分别放置端部定位纵梁,抬升横梁直至两个定位纵梁顶压在相应H型钢梁的上翼缘内侧上,从而使所有横梁配合形成横梁水平支撑层;4)在横梁水平支撑层上铺设支撑纵梁以形成纵梁水平支撑层;5)在纵梁水平支撑层上铺设钢筋桁架楼承板。
