The invention relates to a formalized formwork system for a door and window frame column and a lintel and a construction method. The formwork system comprises two frame column formworks which are relatively arranged and a lintel formwork fixed between the two frame column formworks, and the frame column formworks comprise two column side formworks which are relatively arranged, and column end formworks blocked on the inner sides of the two column side formworks; the lintel formwork comprises two beam side formworks which are relatively arranged, and a beam end formwork blocked on the lower sides of the two beam side formworks; and column flanges and beam flanges correspondingly and relatively extend outwards on the inner sides of the two column side formworks and the lower sides of the twobeam side formworks, the column end formworks and the column side formworks, the beam end formwork and the beam side formworks are connected through bolts, and a first strip-shaped socket and a second strip-shaped socket for the bolts to be movably connected are correspondingly formed in the column end formworks and the column flanges selectively and in the beam end formwork and the beam flangesselectively in the thickness direction of a to-be-installed guide wall. According to the formalized formwork system, the disassembly and assembly are simple and flexible, the application occasions ofdifferent sizes of doors and windows can be adapted, the turnover times are improved, and the material loss is reduced.
