Automatic mounting method of movable prefabricated concrete wallboard
The invention provides an automatic mounting method of a movable prefabricated concrete wallboard. A portable wall body lightering platform, an automatic wall body mounting platform and a control system are adopted, and the prefabricated concrete wallboard is conveyed to the automatic wall body mounting platform through the portable wall body lightering platform; the automatic wall body mounting platform comprises two vertical supporting frames, a hoisting cross beam, a lifting mechanism, a rotating lifting wheels, a lifting rope and two lifting hooks; the tops of the two vertical supporting frames are connected through the hoisting cross beam; the rotating lifting wheel is arranged at the lower end of the lifting mechanism; after the lifting rope is wound around the rotating lifting wheel, the two ends of the lifting rope are connected with two lifting points on the upper portion of the prefabricated concrete wallboard through the lifting hooks; the rotating lifting wheel is driven bythe lifting mechanism to move up and down to adjust the mounting height of the prefabricated concrete wallboard; the mounting angle of the prefabricated concrete wallboard in the vertical plane is adjusted by rotating the rotating lifting wheel; and the problems that in the current process that the prefabricated concrete wallboard is hoisted by construction personnel, assembly efficiency is low,safety is poor, and the construction quality is poor are solved.
本发明提供了一种可移动预制混凝土墙板自动安装方法,采用便携式墙体驳运平台、自动化墙体安装平台以及控制系统,通过便携式墙体驳运平台将预制混凝土墙板运送至自动化墙体安装平台,自动化墙体安装平台包括两竖向支撑架、起吊横梁、提升机构、转动吊轮、吊绳及两吊钩,两竖向支撑架的顶部通过起吊横梁连接,转动吊轮设置于提升机构的下端,吊绳绕经转动吊轮后两端分别通过吊钩与预制混凝土墙板的上部两吊点连接,通过提升机构带动转动吊轮上下移动来调整预制混凝土墙板的安装高度,通过旋转转动吊轮调整预制混凝土墙板在竖直平面内的安装角度,解决了目前施工人员进行预制混凝土墙板吊装过程中存在的装配效率低、安全性差、施工品质差等问题。
