The invention discloses a grouting machine for automatically inserting and filling wall brick vertical seam mortar. The grouting machine for automatically inserting and filling the wall brick verticalseam mortar comprises a mortar mold frame, a running device, a driving device, a mortar inserting device, guide devices, sensors and a control module; a chamber for the mortar to be put in is formedin the mortar mold frame; the running device is arranged under the mortar mold frame; the driving device is connected with the running device; the mortar inserting device comprises a bracket, a vertical moving module and a mortar inserting plate; the bracket is arranged on the mortar mold frame; the vertical moving module is mounted on the bracket; the mortar inserting plate is connected with thevertical moving module; vertical seams between the mortar inserting plate and the wall brick are arranged in parallel; the guide devices are mounted on the two sides of the mortar mold frame; and sensors used for sensing the positions of the wall brick vertical seams are arranged on the guide devices. The invention further discloses a grouting method for automatically inserting and filling the wall brick vertical seam mortar. The grouting machine for automatically inserting and filling the wall brick vertical seam mortar can be directly placed on the built brick surface, can automatically perform mortar inserting and filling operation on the wall brick vertical seams and can rapidly insert and fill the mortar in the vertical seams of the wall bricks; and therefore, the labor is saved, thevertical seam mortar filling quality is effectively improved, and the vertical seam mortar filling efficiency is effectively enhanced.
