The embodiments of the invention relate to an intelligent lock cylinder, an intelligent lock, an unlocking key and an intelligent lock control method. The intelligent lock cylinder comprises a shell,a lock core, a locking mechanism, a circuit component, a wireless power-supply receiving module and a communication module; a locking groove is formed in the shell; the lock core is rotatably arrangedin the shell; the locking mechanism comprises a motor, a motor driving circuit, a rotating block, a locking pin, a locking pin elastic piece and a rotary lug; the motor drives the rotating block to rotate; the first end of the locking pin is in limiting fit with the locking groove, and the locking pin elastic piece applies elastic force to the locking pin in the direction of the shell; the rotating block is in limiting fit with the second end of the locking pin; when the rotary lug is rotated, the lock is switched to be in a locked state or an unlocked state; the circuit component manages theunlocking and locking operation processes and comprises a storage circuit storing a coded value of the storage circuit; the wireless power-supply receiving module receives electric energy transmittedby the unlocking key; and the communication module and the unlocking key are in wireless communication. The intelligent lock cylinder is simple and reliable in structure and high in safety performance.
