The invention discloses a novel push-pull door and window. One air sealing part structure is arranged between an inner fan and an outer fan, and another air sealing part structure is arranged betweena window sash and a window frame. The air sealing part structure arranged between the inner fan and the outer fan is connected with the air sealing part structure arranged between the window sash andthe window frame to form an air sealing structure with a closed and complete sealing line so as to form an indoor space and an outdoor space independent from the indoor space when the window sash is closed. Waterproof structures are further arranged in the window sash and the window frame for guiding rainwater immersed in the push-pull door and window to the outdoor side. Each fan corner of the inner fan and each fan corner of the outer fan are respectively provided with one set of anti-shake pieces, and the anti-shake pieces are used for preventing the inner fan and the outer fan from shakingduring the push-pull process. An anti-falling piece and an anti-deformation piece are further arranged between the window sash and the window frame, wherein the anti-falling piece is used for preventing the window sash in the closed state from coming out of the window frame under the action of wind pressure, and the anti-deformation piece is used for preventing the window sash in the closed statefrom acting towards the outdoor side due to the negative wind pressure effect.
