The invention provides an airplane engine maintaining working ladder. The airplane engine maintaining working ladder comprises a steel structure bottom frame and a main ladder, wherein the bottom frame comprises a horizontal truss and a perpendicular truss fixed to one end of the horizontal truss; the outer end of the horizontal truss and the outer end of the perpendicular truss are provided withsupporting legs which extend downwards and are provided with universal wheels on bottoms; the main ladder is the perpendicular truss with a convex platform on top; the main ladder is mounted in the perpendicular truss of the bottom frame; the bulged part of the convex platform faces towards the other end of the horizontal truss; the periphery of the main ladder is limited in movement in the horizontal direction through 8 V-shaped guide wheels; a lifting drive mechanism is arranged between the main ladder and the bottom frame for realizing up-down movement of the main ladder; the outer end of the perpendicular truss of the bottom frame is further fixedly provided with an inclined climbing ladder which faces towards the convex platform of the main ladder; the position, which corresponds to the side surface of the inclined climbing ladder, on the main ladder is fixedly provided with a straight climbing ladder until the convex platform; and two auxiliary lifting platforms are further arranged on the horizontal truss of the bottom frame. The maintaining working ladder provided by the invention is adjustable in height, and can be applied to airplanes of various airplane types.
