The invention discloses a method for preparing active calcium oxide, and relates to the field of preparation of active calcium oxide. The method comprises the following steps: removing internal organsof shells, putting the shells into a cleaning device, adding a sodium carbonate solution for soaking and cleaning, washing the shells with water for multiple times, filtering out impurities in the cleaning device, measuring the pH value in the cleaning device, and stopping washing when the pH value is 7; putting the shell raw material into a crusher for crushing, and then putting the crushed shell raw material into a grinder for grinding to obtain shell powder; putting the shell powder into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding deionized water, amino acid decarboxylase and polysaccharide enzyme into the reaction kettle, and performing filtering to obtain calcium carbonate powder with higher purity; and conveying the calcium carbonate powder with higher purity into a rotary kiln, introducing oxygen-enriched air for calcining, and cooling with air after calcining to obtain active calcium oxide. The method for preparing active calcium oxide can solve the problem that the preparation cost of active calcium oxide is high.
本发明公开了一种制备活性氧化钙的方法，涉及活性氧化钙制备领域，包括以下步骤：将贝壳内脏去除后放入清洗装置中，加入碳酸钠溶液浸泡清洗，再用水多次冲洗，过滤掉清洗装置内的杂质并测量清洗装置内的PH值，当PH值为7时，停止冲洗；将贝壳原料放入粉碎机中粉碎后再放入研磨机中研磨，得到贝壳粉末；将贝壳粉末放入反应釜中，在反应釜中依次加入去离子水、氨基酸脱羧酶和多糖酶，过滤，得到纯度较高的碳酸钙粉末；将纯度较高的碳酸钙粉末输送入回转窑中，通入富氧空气进行煅烧，煅烧之后使用空气进行冷却，即可得活性氧化钙。本发明的制备活性氧化钙的方法能够解决活性氧化钙制备成本较高的问题。
