Multi-solid-waste early-strength cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses multi-solid-waste early-strength cement and a preparation method thereof. The multi-solid-waste early-strength cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of cement clinker, 15-20 parts of graphite tailings, 5-7 parts of aluminum sulfate slag, 10-15 parts of slag, 5-6 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 0.5-0.9 part of an additive and 0.05-0.1 part of a grinding aid. Wherein the cement raw material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 81-88 parts of limestone, 7-8 parts of sandstone, 3-4 parts of iron ore powder and 8-9 parts of fly ash. By adding the early strength agent and the grinding aid, the solid waste better participates in cement hydration reaction in the early stage to generate more tricalcium silicate, the prepared concrete has better early strength performance, meanwhile, the initial setting and final setting time of the cement is shortened, the effect of fully utilizing the solid waste isachieved, the cost is saved, and the solid waste is utilized.
本发明公布了多固废早强水泥及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:水泥熟料50~60份、石墨尾矿15~20份、硫酸铝渣5~7份、矿渣10~15份、脱硫石膏5~6份、外加剂0.5~0.9份、助磨剂0.05~0.1份;水泥生料是由下述重量份的原料制成:石灰石81~88份、砂岩7~8份、铁矿粉3~4份、粉煤灰8~9份。本发明通过添加早强剂和助磨剂,使固废前期更好的参与水泥水化反应,产生更多的硅酸三钙,且制备的混凝土早强性能更好,同时缩短水泥的初凝与终凝时间,达到充分利用固废的效果,既节约了成本,又利用了固废。
