The invention discloses an efficient calcining device for gypsum powder production. The efficient calcining device furnace comprises a fluidized bed furnace body and a gas distribution plate arrangedin the fluidized bed furnace body; an exhaust hole is formed in the upper part of one side of the fluidized bed furnace body; a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the inner cavity of the fluidized bed furnace body on one side of the exhaust hole; a vertical baffle is fixed on the side, close to the discharge hole, of the gas distribution plate; an overflow hole communicated with the discharge hole is machined in the part, close to the gas distribution plate, of the lower portion of the baffle; and multiple sets of ash blocking assemblies are arranged on the upper portion of the inner cavity of the fluidized bed furnace body and horizontally distributed above the gas distribution plate side by side, and the interval between every two adjacent ash blocking assemblies is gradually decreased in the direction close to the exhaust hole. The ash blocking assemblies are arranged at the exhaust hole, the blocking faces of the ash blocking assemblies can be adjusted according to the air volume, most of suspended powder is blocked on the premise that air is allowed to pass through, and therefore waste of the powder is reduced, and the high conversion efficiency of overall calcination is guaranteed.
