The invention discloses a flexible paste barrier anti-seepage sealing material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of anti-seepage materials. The material is preparedfrom the following materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 55 percent of graded sand, 4.5 to 10 percent of bentonite, 15 to 35 percent of high-quality clay, 3.5 to 5 percent of fly ash, 5 to 18 percentof mineral powder and 0.5 to 2 percent of alkali activator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S01, primary stirring and mixing; S02, carrying out secondary stirring and mixing; S03, adding water into the secondary mixed powder, and stirring; S04, adding the first-stage mixed powder into a stirring bin, and fully stirring; and S05, adding water into the stirring bin, and stirring to prepare the anti-seepage sealing material. According to the present invention, the excellent performances of various components of the conventional material are combined and utilized so that theexcellent effect is achieved, the impermeability is strong, the heat dissipation and the gas generation are avoided during the material preparation process, and the preparation is convenient and simple.
本发明公开了一种柔性膏体阻隔防渗密封材料及其制备方法,涉及防渗材料技术领域。本发明是由如下质量百分数的材料组成:级配砂40~55%、膨润土4.5~10%、高质量黏土15~35%、粉煤灰3.5~5%、矿粉5~18%、碱激发剂上述总质量的0.5~2%;制备方法包括:S01、一级搅拌混合;S02、二级搅拌混合;S03、二级混合粉料加水搅拌;S04、搅拌仓加入一级混合粉料充分搅拌;S05、搅拌仓加水搅拌制备形成防渗密封材料。本发明组合了常规材料的并利用材料各组成成分优异性能,实现了更为优异的效果,抗渗性能强,材料配置过程中无热量散发和气体产生,配置方便、简单。
