The dry-mixed mortar disclosed by the invention is low in preparation energy consumption and advanced and simple in process, the strength, the frost resistance, the shrinkage rate, the bonding strength, the water retention rate and the like of the cured fly ash dry-mixed mortar can be obviously improved, and a new solution is provided for a cured fly ash blockymaterial discharged by a waste incineration plant.
