The invention relates to early-strength and high-impermeability lining concrete and a preparation method thereof. The early-strength and high-impermeability lining concrete is prepared from cement, fly ash microspheres, machine-made sand, gravel, an impermeable functional material, an early strength agent, a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, a mud blocking agent and water.According to the invention, waste limestone powder and kaolin are subjected to composite modification, the prepared impermeable functional material can improve the impermeability of a lining to avoidcorrosion of a reinforcing mesh, the hydration temperature rise of concrete can be reduced after limestone powder replaces part of cement, and due to the fact that the high-activity fly ash microspheres, the ball effect and the micro-aggregate effect are adopted, the workability and compactness of the concrete are enhanced, and the homogeneity of the concrete is improved. According to the early-strength and high-impermeability lining concrete and the preparation method thereof, high-mud-content machine-made sand can be adopted to replace natural river sand, and the prepared early-strength andhigh-impermeability lining concrete is excellent in working performance, mechanical performance, volume stability and crack resistance.
