The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building wallboards. The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete integral thermal insulation wallboard which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 16-20% of quick lime, 7-10% of cement, 2-4% of gypsum, 0.3-1% of aluminum powder, 8-12% of sand, 1-3% of a bubble stabilizer, 1-3% of a regulator and the balance of fly ash. The autoclaved aerated concrete integral wallboard prepared by the invention is applied to constructional engineering; compared with the prior art, the composite board has the advantages of being low in manufacturing cost, capable of achieving sound insulation, heat insulation and heat preservation, environmentally friendly, capable of saving energy and the like, capable of effectively shortening the construction period, saving the construction cost and improving the building quality, simple in production process and quite wide in application prospect.
本发明涉及装配式建筑墙板技术领域,本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土整体保温墙板,包括以下重量百分比的原料:生石灰16‑20%、水泥7‑10%、石膏2‑4%、铝粉0.3‑1%、砂8‑12%份、气泡稳定剂1‑3%和调节剂1‑3%,余量为粉煤灰。本发明制备的蒸压加气混凝土整体墙板在建筑工程中的应用,能够满足相关的设计标准要求,其具有造价低、隔音、隔热、保温、环保、节能等方面的优点,可以有效地缩短施工周期,节约施工成本,并可提高建筑质量的积极效果,而且生产工艺也较为简单,具有相当广泛的应用前景。
