The invention discloses a method for preparing zirconium boride powder under the assistance of an alcohol solvent, which comprises the following steps: under a water bath condition, mixing boric acid,sorbitol and acetic acid, stirring for dissolving, adding an alcohol solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; cooling the mixed solution to room temperature, then adding zirconiumn-propoxide into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain sol; aging the sol so as to obtain a gel; drying and crushing the gel to obtain dry gel powder; and putting the dry gel powder into a tubular furnace, introducing protective gas into the tubular furnace, and performing calcining at 1200-1800 DEG C for 10-120 minutes, thereby obtaining the zirconium boride powder. The method is simple in technological process, high in production efficiency, low in energy consumption and suitable for industrial large-scale production and application, and the prepared zirconium boride powder has high purity, ultrafine particle size, controllable morphology and good sintering performance.
本发明公开了一种醇类溶剂辅助制备硼化锆粉体的方法,包括:在水浴条件下,将硼酸、山梨醇与醋酸混合,并搅拌溶解,然后加入醇类溶剂,搅拌均匀,从而得到混合液;将所述混合液冷却至室温,然后向混合液中加入正丙醇锆,并搅拌均匀,从而得到溶胶;将所述溶胶进行老化,从而得到凝胶;将所述凝胶烘干、破碎,从而得到干凝胶粉;将所述干凝胶粉置于管式炉内,并向管式炉内通入保护气,在1200~1800℃下煅烧10~120分钟,从而制得硼化锆粉体。本发明不仅工艺过程简单、生产效率高、能耗较低,适合工业化大规模生产应用,而且所制备的硼化锆粉体具有高纯度和超细粒径,形貌可控,烧结性能良好。
