The invention relates to a ceramic raw material deironing and whitening method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing and ball-milling the ceramic raw material, sieving, and adding water to prepare slurry; (2) carrying out preliminary iron removal on the slurry by adopting a physical iron removal method; (3) adding a dissociation reagent, adjusting the pH value by using acid, uniformly stirring to dissolve out iron wrapped in the slurry, and then removing iron from the slurry again by adopting a physical iron removal method; and (4) adding an iron removal agent, uniformly stirring, washing with water for several times, finally carrying out solid-liquid separation, and squeezing and airing the solid to obtain the iron-removed and whitened ceramic. Wrapped magnetic iron andnon-magnetic iron can be opened through the chemical dissociation effect, and the subsequent physical iron removal and chemical iron removal efficiency is improved; most of iron in the ceramic raw material can be removed through the synergistic effect of physical iron removal, chemical dissociation and chemical iron removal, the iron removal rate is high, and the raw material whitening effect is obvious.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷原料除铁增白方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)将陶瓷原料粉碎球磨,过筛并加水配制成浆料;(2)采用物理除铁法对浆料进行初步除铁;(3)加入解离药剂并用酸调节pH值,搅拌均匀,使得浆料中包裹的铁溶出,然后采用物理除铁法对浆料再次除铁;(4)加入除铁药剂,搅拌均匀,水洗数次,最后固液分离,固体压榨晾干,即得除铁增白后的陶瓷。本发明通过化学解离的作用,能将包裹磁性铁和非磁性铁打开,提高了后续物理除铁和化学除铁的效率;通过物理除铁、化学解离和化学除铁三者协同作用,能将陶瓷原料中的大部分铁去除,铁去除率高,原料增白效果明显。
