The invention discloses a halbach permanent magnet eddy current vibration suppression structure of a magnetic levitation turnout. The structure comprises a turnout main beam, a halbach permanent magnet eddy current damper and a foundation platform; the halbach permanent magnet eddy current damper comprises an induction plate and a bilateral halbach permanent magnet array; the induction plate is installed on the turnout main beam; the bilateral halbach permanent magnet array comprises a first halbach permanent magnet array and a second halbach permanent magnet array which are arranged at an interval; the first halbach permanent magnet array and the second halbach permanent magnet array are installed on the foundation platform; the induction plate is located between the first halbach permanent magnet array and the second halbach permanent magnet array. The halbach permanent magnet eddy current damper is adopted, so that damping force can be increased between the turnout main beam and thefoundation platform, and the vibration of the turnout main beam is restrained.
