According to the comprehensive blind sidewalk structure of the invention, pipeline facilities such as water pipes, electric wires and communication wires can be buried in the internal continuous channels of the comprehensive blind sidewalk structure; when the pipeline facilities need to be maintained, a small number of blind sidewalk panels just need to be opened, so that a constructiontask can be completed; the burying construction of the blind sidewalk structure is facilitated, the replacement, overhaul and maintenance of the pipeline facilities such as the water pipes, electricwires and communication lines in a later period are also facilitated, and damage to sidewalks, pedestrian streets, scenic spot roads and a surrounding environment and influences on traffic caused by municipal small pipeline facility construction are greatly reduced. The rigid concrete hollow bricks are used as the foundations of the blind sidewalk bricks, so that the deformation and settlement ofthe blind sidewalk and even breakage of the blind sidewalk bricks are effectively reduced.
